Total Body Weight Training at it’s best! Combine Obsidian® and the barbell, and you have Obsidian STRONG!  You will work each and every muscle group while loading your spine. Get ready to use a variety of equipment from the barbell to dumbbells and cables with the Obsidian board to invite more muscles to the party. This class will not only increase strength and bone density, but will improve your metabolism as you increase lean tissue helping you burn calories long after your workout is over! (If you have any injuries please discuss with the trainer before class so options can be provided. No experience necessary) Calories you will burn: 350-800

Two of our favorite programs collide with the integration of mixed martial arts and the Obsidian® board! This class is fun, challenging and will bring out your inner warrior! (If you love boxing, karate, jiu jitsu, or muay thai, you are in for a treat…we combine pieces of these disciplines with the Obsidian slide board by first loading your muscles then exploding! We will break down the exercise and then let you cut loose)! No experience necessary. Please give this class at least 3-5 sessions while you learn basic strikes and combinations. The first few classes you may have a learning curve if you have never done any form of martial arts. Calories you will burn: 350-800

This is a modified Obsidian class available for individuals that may be new to fitness or Obsidian.  If you are not new or looking for modifications, be sure to let your trainer know!  She will be happy to push your limits. Don’t let the name deceive you…this class if FUN and challenging. Calories you will burn: 350-500

An hour of total body conditioning. You are bound to sweat from head to toe. This class in unique to Obsidian® Fitness and is not available anywhere else! This is the best cardio, resistance training, core activation and reactive training that you will ever experience! Check out our testimonials to see what kind of results you can expect. (Experienced trainers will guide you through your workout. Suggest taking Level I first, but beginners are welcome! Options are always offered so you can feel successful) Calories you will burn: 400-800
